How a deal works

How to sell your FTX claim

Six steps from checking your claim to USDT in your wallet. We work in English, Russian and Chinese and prepare all the documents.

  • Transfer recorded in court
  • No upfront fees
  • Price fixed in the contract
  1. You

    Check your claim

Enter your Customer Code in the calculator. It shows your tokens and the total from the public creditor list. Optional, but it makes the next step faster.

  2. You + ClaimBao

    Request and price

Send the claim amount and class, or your Customer Code, through the form, Telegram, WeChat or email. We look at the class and amount and reply with an indicative price. Free, no obligation.

  3. You + ClaimBao

    Verification (KYC)

Online, in English, Russian or Chinese. You’ll need a passport. This is also where we check that you are eligible to sell: we don’t buy from sanctioned persons.

  4. You

    Contract

The final price and the payment date are written into the claim transfer agreement. Before you sign, we show you exactly what will be filed in court. You can show the agreement to your lawyer.

  5. ClaimBao

    Court filing

We file the notice of transfer in the FTX bankruptcy case in the US court (Rule 3001(e)). It is a public document.

  6. ClaimBao

    Payment

USDT or USDC to your wallet on the date in the contract. Step 8 of the FTX portal is no longer your problem: future FTX payouts go to the buyer.
